Trailwood Lake is a private recreational community located near Bagdad, Kentucky just 20 minutes from Frankfort and Shelbyville, and less than an hour from Louisville or Lexington. This 65 acre man-made lake is completely private and provides trophy quality fishing excitement.

Our Camping Lots offer an affordable way to visit the lake and enjoy the fishing and natural environment of north central Kentucky. Except for lakeside lots, all fishing access is by boat, using the campground trail.

Trailwood Lake is stocked with bass, panfish, and catfish. The lake provides a very quiet and nearly pristine environment of natural beauty. Very little farming impacts the lake and the fishing is quite good to excellent.
